Elections
I like that, in MSNBC's election coverage, they footnote GWB as the incumbent. If you didn't know that, you probably won't know what "incumbent" means.

Ah well. It takes all kinds of idiots to make a world. Perhaps it's for international watchers who speak enough English to know what 'incumbent' means but are out of it enough on world affairs not to know who the current President is...or not.
